“Challenge” နဲ့ “Difficulty” ဆိုတဲ့ English စကားလုံးနှစ်လုံးရဲ့ မတူကွဲပြားချက်ကို ကြည့်ကြရအောင်။ ဒီစကားလုံးနှစ်လုံးစလုံးဟာ အခက်အခဲတွေကို ဖော်ပြတဲ့ စကားလုံးတွေပါ။ ဒါပေမယ့် “Challenge” ကတော့ စိန်ခေါ်မှုတစ်ခုအနေနဲ့ ကြုံတွေ့ရတဲ့ အခက်အခဲကို ဆိုလိုတာဖြစ်ပြီး “Difficulty” ကတော့ တစ်ခုခုကို လုပ်ဖို့ ခက်ခဲတဲ့အခြေအနေကို ဆိုလိုပါတယ်။

ឧទាហរណ៍ ကြည့်ရအောင် -

• Challenge: This math problem is a real challenge! (ဒီသင်္ချာပြသနာက စိန်ခေါ်မှုတစ်ခုပါပဲ!)
  This shows that the math problem is difficult, but also interesting and engaging. It encourages the person to try to solve it.

• Difficulty: I had some difficulty understanding the lesson. (ဒီ သင်ခန်းစာကို နားလည်ဖို့ အခက်အခဲတွေ့ခဲ့တယ်။) This simply states that the lesson was hard to understand, without necessarily implying any positive or engaging aspects.

“Challenge” က စိန်ခေါ်မှုတစ်ခုအနေနဲ့ ကြုံတွေ့ရတဲ့ အခက်အခဲကို ဆိုလိုတာကြောင့် ပိုပြီး positive connotation ပါပါတယ်။ “Difficulty” ကတော့ negative connotation ပိုများပါတယ်။
