English စာလုံး "express" နှင့် "convey" ဟာ တူညီတဲ့အဓိပ္ပါယ်တွေကို ပြောတယ်လို့ ထင်ရပေမယ့် သူတို့ရဲ့ အသုံးပြုပုံမှာ ကွာခြားချက်တွေ ရှိပါတယ်။ "Express" ဆိုတာ ခံစားချက်၊ အတွေးအခေါ် ဒါမှမဟုတ် အချက်အလက်တွေကို တိုက်ရိုက် ထုတ်ဖော်ပြောဆိုတာကို ဆိုလိုပါတယ်။ တစ်ဖက်က "Convey" ဆိုတာကတော့ အချက်အလက်၊ သတင်းအချက်အလက် ဒါမှမဟုတ် အဓိပ္ပါယ်တွေကို တစ်နေရာကနေ တစ်နေရာကို ပို့ဆောင်ပေးတာကို ဆိုလိုပါတယ်။

ဥပမာ-

• Express: I want to express my gratitude for your help. (ကျေးဇူးတင်စိတ်ကို ကျွန်တော်/ကျွန်မ ဖော်ပြချင်ပါတယ်) This sentence shows a direct expression of feeling.

• Convey: The painting conveys a sense of peace. (ပန်းချီကားက ငြိမ်းချမ်းမှု ခံစားချက်ကို ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေပါတယ်) This sentence shows the painting's ability to transmit a feeling to the viewer.

• Express: He expressed his opinion clearly. (သူက သူ့ရဲ့ အမြင်ကို ရှင်းရှင်းလင်းလင်း ထုတ်ဖော်ပြောဆိုခဲ့တယ်) This focuses on the act of stating the opinion.

• Convey: Please convey my apologies to him. (ကျွန်တော်/ကျွန်မရဲ့ တောင်းပန်စကားကို သူ့ဆီ ပြောပြပေးပါ) This focuses on the act of delivering the message.

• Express: The music expresses joy and happiness. (သီချင်းက ပျော်ရွှင်မှုနဲ့ ပြည့်စုံမှုကို ဖော်ပြပါတယ်) The music directly evokes the emotions.

• Convey: The artist tried to convey the beauty of nature in his painting. (အနုပညာရှင်က သူ့ရဲ့ ပန်းချီကားမှာ သဘာဝရဲ့ အလှတရားကို ဖော်ပြဖို့ ကြိုးစားခဲ့တယ်) The painting is the medium through which the beauty is transmitted.
