"Full" နဲ့ "packed" ဆိုတဲ့ စကားလုံးနှစ်လုံးဟာ တခါတရံမှာ အသုံးပြုပုံတူတယ်လို့ ထင်ရပေမယ့် တကယ်တမ်းမှာတော့ ትንሽ ကွာခြားချက်တွေ ရှိပါတယ်။ "Full" ဆိုတာ ဘာမှ ထပ်ထည့်လို့ မရတော့တဲ့အထိ ပြည့်နေတယ်လို့ ဆိုလိုတာပါ။ ဥပမာ- တစ်ခုခုကို ပြည့်အောင် ထည့်ထားတယ်၊ လူတွေ ပြည့်နေတဲ့ ကားတစ်စီး စတဲ့ ကိစ္စတွေမှာ အသုံးပြုပါတယ်။ "Packed" ကတော့ လူ၊ ပစ္စည်း စတဲ့ တစ်ခုခုကို သိပ်ပြီး တင်းကျပ်စွာ ထည့်ထားတယ်၊ ကျပ်ကျပ်လျှို့ဝှက်ထားတယ် ဆိုတဲ့ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ကို ပိုပြီး ဖော်ပြပါတယ်။

ဥပမာ -

• The bus was full. (ကားက ပြည့်နေတယ်။) This sentence simply means the bus had no more space for passengers.

• The bus was packed. (ကားက လူပြည့်နေပြီး ကျပ်ကျပ်လျှို့ဝှက်နေတယ်။) This implies that the bus was full and the passengers were very close together, perhaps even uncomfortable.

• I have a full suitcase. (ကျွန်တော့်/ကျွန်မရဲ့ ခရီးသွားအိတ်က ပြည့်နေပြီ။) This means the suitcase is completely filled with belongings.

• I have a packed suitcase. (ကျွန်တော့်/ကျွန်မရဲ့ ခရီးသွားအိတ်က ပစ္စည်းတွေ ကျပ်ကျပ်လျှို့ဝှက် ထည့်ထားတယ်။) This means the suitcase is filled tightly with belongings, perhaps even overflowing.

• The room is full of people. (အခန်းထဲမှာ လူတွေ ပြည့်နေတယ်။) This means the room contains a lot of people.

• The room is packed with people. (အခန်းထဲမှာ လူတွေ ကျပ်ကျပ်လျှို့ဝှက် ပြည့်နေတယ်။) This means the room is crowded with people, and it’s probably quite uncomfortable.
